We want you to be happy with your case. If you're not, you have 30 days.
30-day returns
Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item should be unused and in resalable condition. Returns are free β email info@stayunshaken.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full. No need to send anything back.
Personalised cases
Cases printed with your own verse are made specifically for you and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we made a mistake. Please check your verse carefully before ordering.
Refunds
Issued to the original payment method. Allow 5β10 business days.
Order not arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you in full.
